Overview

PropNerd is an innovative startup revolutionising real estate investment through blockchain and AI technology, enabling users to invest in fractional property ownership. Recognising that the property investment space can be daunting to newcomers, the company wanted a visual identity that felt quirky, approachable, and friendly.

To achieve this, I created a full brand identity centred around a character-driven mascot to humanise the brand and foster a sense of trust. The logotype features a contemporary sans serif typeface with geometric forms that reflect the brand’s forward-thinking, tech-driven ethos. A bold colour palette, anchored in vibrant yellow accents, injects energy and optimism, perfectly aligning with PropNerd’s mission to make investment accessible and engaging.
